1. Who We Are

Jazzikeys Music Studio is a professional recording and vocal coaching studio located in Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria. We offer music production, piano mentorships, vocal coaching, and related services. By booking with us, you agree to work with us in a respectful and professional manner.

2. Booking and Payments

When you book a session or mentorship:

• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦).
• Payments are required before or on the day of your session, unless agreed otherwise.
• We accept bank transfers, cash, and online payments.
• Full payment is required for completed work before files are delivered.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us at least 24 hours before your session. Last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings.

Refunds: Payments for completed work (recording, mixing, mastering, or training sessions) are non-refundable. If we cannot provide the service due to a problem on our side, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.

4. Your Responsibilities

When you work with us, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for your sessions.
• Come prepared (e.g., lyrics, instrumentals, or practice).
• Behave respectfully toward staff and other clients.
• Follow studio rules, including care for equipment.

We reserve the right to end a session early if a client is disrespectful or puts equipment at risk. No refund will be given in such cases.

5. Use of Recordings

You own 100% of your music. We do not claim ownership of your songs. However, by booking with us, you give us permission to:

• Use short clips of your work to promote the studio (on social media, website, etc.) unless you tell us in writing that you do not want this.
• Keep copies of your work for our professional records.

If you have a privacy concern, just talk to us. We will respect your wishes.

6. Online Mentorships

For online coaching:

• You need a stable internet connection and a device with camera and microphone.
• Sessions are held via video call. Links will be sent to you.
• Please join on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and counted as used.
• Do not record our sessions without asking first.

7. Website Use

When you visit our website:

• All content (text, images, logos) belongs to Jazzikeys Music Studio. Do not copy or reuse without permission.
• We are not responsible for problems caused by third-party links on our site.
• We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jazzikeys Music Studio is not responsible for:

• Any loss or damage to your personal items while at the studio.
• Technical issues during online sessions that are beyond our control.
• How you use the music we help you create.

Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session or service.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information you share (name, email, phone) is used only to communicate with you and provide our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for more details.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. By continuing to use our services, you accept the updated terms.
